Our cheese, butter, and fermented sauces are all made from scratch, embodying sustainability at every level.

Our vegetables are lovingly cooked for five hours or more at low temperatures, infused with fresh herbs grown right on-site. Pair your meal with thoughtfully curated wines that unveil new dimensions of flavor.

From Monday to Thursday, Chef Lynn offers a curated omakase or pairing menu.

Advance reservations are essential for a personalized experience.

A beverage order is required, with special house-made concoctions available for non-drinkers.

Reservations

For our exquisite nine-course vegetable omakase menu, please reserve in advance, as same-day requests may not be accommodated.

An a la carte menu is available on Fri to Sun.

We welcome group reservations for up to 30 guests.

The reservation deposit will be deducted from the total order amount.

Policy

· Parking for one vehicle available with advance reservation.

· Beverage order required.

· Fri to Sun: Minimum order is one dish person

· Mon to Thu: Pairing + Omakase menu available.

· Same-day walk-ins require a phone call.
